Payment Terms
1.1 We offer a special “frozen dollar” rate in Brazilian reais for Brazilians, with no IOF tax for full prepayment made at least 24 hours before pick-up. Payments are processed manually via WhatsApp.
1.2 We offer up to 3 interest-free installments in reais for reservations made at least 24 hours before delivery.
1.3 We accept PIX copy-and-paste transfers generated directly by our system in the name of Lin Rentals for early reservations.
1.4 For reservations under 24 hours before delivery (same-day or next-day), payment must be made via international bank transfer in U.S. dollars or cash to the driver, as arranged through our reservation center.
1.5 Online reservations using our website will be billed at the daily exchange rate, with payment processed automatically.
WhatsApp Reservation Process
2.1 After sending your quote, we register your details and prepare the order. We present available dates, and once you accept via our pre-reservation email, you receive payment instructions. After payment, your reservation is confirmed and your contract is emailed to you.
Extended Rental & Date Changes
3.1 To add extra days at the promotional rate ($5/day for strollers, $10/day for scooters) at the frozen dollar rate, notify us at least 24 hours before delivery.
3.2 After delivery, additional days are $15/day for strollers and $25/day for scooters, at the current exchange rate, subject to product availability.
3.3 All change requests require availability checks and must be submitted via WhatsApp. Voice mails or social-media messages are not accepted.
3.4 Delivery drivers cannot modify reservations; please follow the WhatsApp procedure in section 3.3.
Delivery, Pick-Up & Free Service Areas
4.1 We deliver and pick up free of charge within the Orlando areas of Kissimmee, Doctor Phillips, Winter Garden, and Windermere.
4.2 A $15 delivery fee applies to Clermont, Champions Gate, and Davenport.
4.3 Deliveries are made to hotel receptions at approximately 12 PM, subject to driver routing. We notify you immediately of any delays.
4.4 If you change hotels after delivery, you’re responsible for picking up the item promptly; otherwise, a $15 re-route fee applies (within 24 hours).
4.5 Pick-ups occur at hotel receptions by 10 AM. Strollers must be at the agreed location by 10 AM.
Product Condition & Fleet Age
5.1 Our strollers and scooters are new and meet Orlando park standards. They were purchased starting September 2024, with monthly fleet updates.
Quotation Matching
6.1 We’ll match competitor quotes for identical models and availability—just send us a screenshot.
Insurance Coverage
7.1 Once the optional insurance is paid, your rental is covered for damage and replacement in case of incidents.
7.2 By purchasing insurance, you agree to cooperate in any investigation of theft or loss.
7.3 In case of theft or loss, notify a local team member immediately and message Lin Rentals on WhatsApp.
7.4 We’ll replace the item if available; if not, we’ll offer a similar alternative.
7.5 Insurance does not cover loss/theft outside designated stroller areas (e.g., hotel parking lots, non-specified park zones).
7.6 Insurance excludes intentional damage or misuse (e.g., beach use, exceeding weight limits, removing parts).
7.7 Replacement costs without insurance:
City Mini GT2 Single Stroller: $430
City Mini GT2 Double Stroller: $650
Bob Revolution Single Stroller: $530
Bob Revolution Double Stroller: $799
Gogo Endurance Maxx Scooter: $1,400
7.8 If theft is suspected, you must file a police report (themed park security or local police) and provide a copy to Lin Rentals.
7.9 You acknowledge the opportunity to purchase insurance and have chosen to opt in or decline.
Weather-Related Changes
8.1 If government directives force delivery/pick-up adjustments, we’ll notify you promptly to reschedule.
8.2 If severe weather prevents pick-up, you must keep the item safe until a new time is arranged.
8.3 We’ll extend your rental at no extra charge in such cases.
8.4 If the product is unavailable for extension due to weather, Lin Rentals may retrieve it before any government curfew.
8.5 Cancellations due to government-issued curfews can be refunded if notified at least 36 hours in advance.
8.6 During heavy rain, keep strollers in covered areas; rain covers are recommended but optional.
8.7 Scooters should avoid puddles and remain under cover to protect electrical components.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
9.1 Weather-related cancellations due to curfews are refundable if requested 36 hours prior.
9.2 Trip cancellations are 60% refundable if notified at least 72 hours before the reservation.
9.3 Trip rescheduling is free if requested at least 7 days before, subject to availability; substitutions or extra charges may apply.
9.4 A $20 rescheduling fee applies to requests made less than 7 days before.
9.5 Late-hotel-change pick-up requests incur a $15 fee (see 4.4).
Refunds
10.1 Cancellation requests must be sent via WhatsApp or to linrentalseua@gmail.com. Voice mails or social-media messages are not accepted.
10.2 A 60% refund applies for cancellations at least 72 hours before the reservation.
10.3 No refunds for cancellations within 72 hours of reservation or service start.
10.4 No refunds for last-minute reservations made less than 24 hours before delivery.
10.5 Cancellations due to government-imposed curfews are refundable if made 36 hours in advance.
